Devienne Mercy Mercado Gajiran is a 35-year-old married woman residing in Sto. Tomas, Batangas. She is married to a 33-year-old credit analyst, and the couple has no children. She is the eldest child in her family, with one younger sister. Her 56-year-old father works as a tricycle driver, while her 56-year-old mother is an overseas Filipino worker (OFW) in Singapore.

Devienne completed her secondary education at The Children's World Montessori in 2008. She continued her studies at San Pablo City College, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2013. To broaden her professional skill set, she completed a specialized Caregiving course and earned her certification in 2026.

Her professional background includes non-domestic experience as a Bank Teller from 2019 to 2022. Following her marriage in 2022, she transitioned into professional caregiving.

In June 2026, she worked as a stay-out caregiver on 12-hour shifts for a 60-year-old female stroke patient, providing mobility assistance, exercises, vital signs monitoring, feeding, bathing, and diaper changes.

From June to July 2026, she cared for a 61-year-old female breast cancer patient, providing personal care, medication management, grooming, vital monitoring, and hospital assistance.

In July 2026, she provided similar comprehensive care and hospital support for a 58-year-old patient managing chronic kidney disease. Currently, she works as an on-call caregiver and manages household duties while preparing for overseas employment.

In addition to her adult caregiving experience, Devienne has practical experience with infants, having regularly cared for her friend's 6-month-old baby while the parents were at work. She is eager to look after infants and young children, including handling meal preparation, bathing, dressing, and interactive play.

She is confident in cooking Filipino dishes and is enthusiastic about learning foreign recipes. She is also willing to assist with gardening, car washing, and pet care.

Upon selection, Devienne will complete a 1-week TESDA-accredited private training in Manila to further refine her housekeeping, cooking, and childcare skills, alongside completing her OWWA seminar and POEA deployment requirements.
