Before engaging or paying an employment agency, check the MOM EA Directory to confirm:
- The agency’s licence is valid.
- The agent is registered under that agency.
- The agent’s name, photo and registration number match their EA personnel card.
- For maid agencies, review placement volume and successful retention rate.
