The Challenge

Sound Familiar?

These are the most common frustrations families face when hiring a foreign domestic worker on their own.

I have to search multiple agency websites one by one.

MyCaregiver.sg aggregates profiles from 200+ MOM-licensed agencies into a single searchable portal. Filter by care type, nationality, salary range, and availability — without visiting a single agency website.

How do I know if an agency is properly licensed?

Every agency on MyCaregiver.sg is an AEAS member and holds a valid MOM licence. We verify licence status regularly so you never have to worry about dealing with unlicensed brokers.

I need a caregiver urgently — weeks of waiting is not an option.

Transfer candidates are already in Singapore, typically available to start within a short period. Our portal clearly tags candidates who are on transfer, so you can find fast-start options immediately.

I need specialist care — not just a general housekeeper.

Filter by specific care skills: infant care, elderly ADL assistance, dementia care, catheter management, wheelchair transfers, and more. You can find profiles with training certificates so that you can hire with confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the concessionary MDW levy work?
The standard MOM monthly levy is $300. If you employ an MDW to care for a child below 16 years old, a Singapore citizen aged 67+, or a person with a disability, you may qualify for the concessionary rate of just $60/month — a saving of $240/month or $2,880/year. Apply via MOM's official portal after hiring.
How does the Home Caregiving Grant (HCG) work?
The HCG provides up to $600/month to help offset the cost of hiring a full-time caregiver for a family member with substantial care needs. The grant amount is tiered by household income (per capita household income). To qualify, the care recipient must be assessed as needing assistance with at least 3 Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). If you have a dispute that cannot be resolved directly, you can escalate us and we will assist you to engage  This is a legally-binding process backed by AEAS membership conditions.
