<p><strong>Rachel Ann Felicita Catayoc</strong> is a 35-year-old Filipino applicant from Ormoc City, Leyte. She is a single mother with 4 children ages 15,13,10 and 1.&nbsp; Rachel Ann is the eldest of two siblings and has one younger brother. Her 57-year-old father and 56-year-old mother help care for her children while she pursues employment opportunities.</p><p>She completed her secondary education at New Ormoc City National High School in 2007. She subsequently pursued a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Technology and studied up to her second year of college. However, she was unable to complete her studies due to financial constraints. Determined to improve her skills and career opportunities, she later completed a Caregiving Course and obtained her certification in 2024.</p><p>Rachel Ann started her own family in 2010 and became a hands-on mother, gaining valuable experience in childcare and household management. She also worked as a <strong>Sales Associate</strong> from 2018 to 2023, where she developed customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.</p><p><strong>Philippines (September 2024 – May 2026)</strong></p><p>Rachel Ann was employed by a Filipino family living in a three-bedroom bungalow house. The household consisted of a 70-year-old elderly woman and her three adult children. She was hired primarily as a caregiver for the elderly woman, who had suffered a mild stroke and had become bedridden.</p><p>Her main responsibilities included providing daily care and assistance, performing nasogastric tube (NGT) feeding, monitoring vital signs, administering prescribed medications, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of her patient. There were two other household helpers employed by the family who were responsible for the general housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, and cooking. Rachel Ann focused mainly on caregiving duties but would assist with light household tasks whenever necessary.</p><p>Rachel Ann describes herself as hardworking, patient, compassionate, and responsible. As a mother of four children, she is confident in caring for infants and young children. She is experienced in performing essential childcare duties such as preparing meals, feeding, bathing, dressing, changing clothes, supervising daily activities, and engaging children in educational and recreational activities.</p><p>With her caregiving training and hands-on experience, she is also confident in caring for elderly persons, including those with medical conditions and special needs. She is eager to further develop her caregiving skills and provide quality care to those who require assistance.</p><p>Rachel Ann has a passion for cooking and is confident in preparing Filipino dishes. She can follow recipe books and cooking instructions to prepare other cuisines and is willing to learn new recipes according to her employer’s preferences. She takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic home environment and is dependable in carrying out household duties such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, and general housekeeping.</p><p>With her caregiving certification, practical work experience, strong family values, and genuine desire to help others, Rachel Ann believes she can be a trustworthy, efficient, and dedicated household worker.
