Self Introduction
“<p><strong>GENNE VIH RANARA BALILING</strong>, is a 32 -year-old, married to a 36 year old private employee. They were blessed to have 4 kids ages 11,5,4 and 2. A resident of Matina, Davao. She is the 2nd child among 1 brother and 1 sister. Her 58-year-old mother is a housewife while her Father has passed away.</p><p>She finished her secondary education at Daniel R. Aguinaldo National High School in year 2010. Then she pursued her college education and took up Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management studied until 1st year but was not able to complete the course due to family’s financial difficulty. In 2026, she took up caregiving course and certified.</p><p>She had her non domestic work experiences as a cashier from 2011 to 2015; Cashier in Dubai from Feb – Aug 2016 and a Purchasing Officer in a construction company from 2018 to 2020</p><p>She had her caregiving experiences as follow:</p><p><strong>Philippines (Nov 2025 - February 2026) </strong>she was hired to look after an 86 year old Filipino female elder a stroke survivor. She was a stay-out caregiver with a 12 hr shift. She performed feeding, giving medication, monitor vital signs, assisting in his daily activities and other errands like doing the laundry and washing the dishes. </p><p><strong>Philippines (July 2023 – Nov 2025) </strong>she was hired to look after another Filipino 89 year old female elder who is bedridden with Pneumonia. She was a stay-out caregiver with a 12 hr shift. She performed feeding, giving medication, monitor vital signs, transferring to wheelchair when bathing. </p><p>Though no formal experience in domestic work, she is confident of taking care of infant to young children and capable of performing childcare duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, and playing with the children, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children as she experienced caring for her own children. </p><p>Also, proficient in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining household cleanliness and confident in cooking Filipino dishes.</p><p>In terms of cooking, she can prepare Filipino dishes.
