<p><strong>Venus Rivera Solomon</strong> is a 30-year-old Filipina from Cainta, Rizal. She is happily married to her 30-year-old husband, who works as a warehouse personnel. Together, they are blessed with a 4-year-old child. Venus is the fourth child in her family and has one brother. Her 58-year-old father is employed as a machine operator, while her mother has already passed away.</p><p>She completed her secondary education at Ampucao National High School in 2014. Motivated by her desire to care for others and improve her professional skills, she completed a Caregiving Course in 2013, gaining valuable knowledge and practical experience in providing quality care to both children and elderly individuals.</p><p>Currently, Venus is working as a Call Center Agent, a position she has held since October 2025. While continuing her employment, she is also pursuing opportunities to work in Singapore to provide a better future for her family.</p><p>Venus has gained both domestic work and caregiving experience over the years.</p><p><strong>PHILIPPINES From 2016 to 2017</strong>, she worked for a Filipino family living in a three-bedroom bungalow house consisting of three adults and a three-year-old child. Her primary responsibilities included caring for the child and performing daily household duties such as cleaning, marketing, cooking, laundry, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the home.</p><p><strong>PHILIPPINES From 2020 to 2023</strong>, she worked as a caregiver in a home for the elderly where she was responsible for assisting approximately 35 elderly residents with various conditions, including dementia, Alzheimer's disease, age-related illnesses, and bedridden cases. Her duties included providing personal hygiene care, changing clothes and diapers, assisting with feeding, administering medications as instructed, monitoring residents’ well-being, and providing companionship and emotional support. This experience enhanced her patience, compassion, and caregiving skills.</p><p><strong>HONG KONG&nbsp; From October 2024</strong>, Venus was employed in Hong Kong by a Chinese family living in a two-bedroom flat. The household consisted of a couple and their three-year-old son. Her responsibilities included taking care of the child and managing daily household chores such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe and organized home environment. Unfortunately, her employment ended in June 2025 due to the passing of her mother, which required her to return to the Philippines.</p><p>With her experience as a mother, domestic helper, and caregiver, Venus is confident in caring for infants and young children. She is knowledgeable in performing childcare duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, preparing school necessities, engaging children in educational and recreational activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. Her caregiving background has also provided her with basic knowledge of pediatric care and child development.</p><p>In addition to childcare, Venus possesses strong household management skills. She is proficient in cleaning, organizing, laundry, ironing, and maintaining a neat and hygienic home. She is also confident in preparing Filipino dishes and simple Chinese cuisine and is willing to learn new recipes and cooking styles to meet her future employer’s preferences.</p><p>Furthermore, Venus is willing to undertake additional responsibilities such as pet care, car washing, and gardening if required. She is known for being hardworking, responsible, adaptable, and eager to learn.</p><p>As she awaits selection for employment in Singapore, Venus remains committed to improving her family's quality of life through overseas employment. Her combined experience in childcare, eldercare, housekeeping, and caregiving makes her a capable and dependable candidate for any household.</p><p>Upon selection, Venus will undergo a one-week In-House Private Training in Manila accredited by TESDA, followed by the mandatory OWWA orientation seminar and other processing requirements necessary for the issuance of her Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) and deployment abroad.</p>
