<p><strong>AIREEN QUERUBIN GARBIN</strong> is a 41-year-old married woman blessed with two children aged 16 and 12 years old. She is married to a 43-year-old factory worker and they currently reside in Candelaria, Quezon. She is the youngest child among two brothers. Her 67-year-old mother is a housewife while her father has already passed away. Growing up in a humble family, Airen learned the importance of hard work, patience, and responsibility which helped shape her into a caring and dependable person.</p><p>She completed her secondary education at Tayabas Western Academy in 2001. She then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and studied until third year college but was unable to complete her studies due to financial difficulties faced by her family. Despite this, she remained eager to improve her skills and qualifications. In 2024, she completed and earned certification in a Caregiving course. Aside from caregiving, she also enrolled in Cosmetology and acquired knowledge in basic massage therapy, showing her willingness to continuously learn and develop practical skills.</p><p>Aireen gained several years of non-domestic work experience before focusing on caregiving and domestic work. She worked as a factory worker for two different companies from 2006 to 2010, where she developed discipline, efficiency, and the ability to work under pressure. <strong>From 2018 to 2023, she worked as a medical assistant,</strong> which enhanced her knowledge in assisting patients, monitoring health conditions, and providing compassionate care. She got married in 2010 and became a hands-on mother to her children, personally attending to their daily needs while supporting her family.</p><p>Currently, she is working as a domestic worker and caregiver while waiting for an opportunity to work in Singapore. She is determined to work abroad to provide a better future, financial stability, and improved opportunities for her family and children.</p><p><strong>Philippines from March 2025 to January 2026,</strong> Aireen worked&nbsp; for a Filipino family living in a three-bedroom bungalow house with a couple, a 72-year-old female elderly patient, and a 16-year-old child. The employer hired two helpers, and her primary responsibility was to care for the elderly woman who had dementia and mild stroke. Her duties included bathing, grooming, preparing meals, administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with morning walking exercises. She also assisted the elderly with daily activities and companionship. During her free time, she helped the other helper with household chores, demonstrating teamwork and initiative.</p><p><strong>From February 2026 up to the present, </strong>she has been working for another Filipino family living in a two-storey house with a couple and their 7-year-old child. Her responsibilities include taking care of the child by bringing and fetching the child from school, assisting with homework, preparing daily needs, and ensuring the child’s safety and well-being. In addition to childcare, she also manages household chores and helps care for the family’s dog.</p><p>Being a mother herself and with her extensive experience, Aireen is confident and knowledgeable in caring for newborns and young children. She is experienced in feeding, bathing, grooming, playing with children, and attending to their daily routines with patience and care. With her caregiving background, she is also capable of assisting elderly individuals and providing proper support for their daily needs and well-being.</p><p>She is confident in cooking Filipino dishes and simple Western meals. She also has a passion for baking and can easily follow recipes and instructions. Furthermore, she is enthusiastic and willing to learn how to prepare other foreign cuisines to better serve her future employer.</p><p>Upon selection, Aireen will undergo a one-week TESDA-accredited In-House Private Training in Manila, followed by an OWWA seminar prior to the processing of her Overseas Employment Certificate for deployment.</p>
